Eligibility

Any Southern California development with an active sales or leasing program between June 1, 2025 – August 31, 2026 is eligible. Entries previously submitted in Nationals and/or Gold Nugget competitions are eligible if they meet the above criteria. For more information, contact 909-987-2758.

Steps to Enter

  1. Please complete the ENTRY APPLICATION and pay entry fees no later than September 21, 2026

  2. The system will generate a unique serial number for each entry.

  3. Submit entry materials by September 21, including:

    • Completed entry forms  

    • Digital files: site plan, floor plan, and images/videos

Image Specifications

  • Images must be:

    • JPEG format, 300 dpi, 1800 pixels wide

    • Plans in high-resolution PDF format

    • video (.mov or .mp4 format)

  • Label files as follows:
    01-1005_1.jpg, 01-1005_2.jpg (up to 8 images),
    01-1005_floorplan.pdf, 01-1005_TeamForm.docx

  • Incorrectly named images will require resubmission and may be subject to disqualification.
